So far so good. I do 40 repetitions twice a day. It ' definitely uses the muscles of the neck I use voltage tense. by Daisy70
It ' a good product but you have to do a lot of reps to see a difference. two or three hundred at least 3 times a week and you will see the difference . by jahan khan
